What a lovely hotel experience! The location was fantastic, just steps from Boston Common, and the Club Level offerings were delightful. However, dealing with parking was frustrating, as it was either overly expensive or not secure. Still, the room staff were attentive and ensured our comfort throughout our stay.

Spent 4 nights here for my bday celebration. They totally nailed it, leaving a cheese and fruit plate in my room—so nice! Room service was on point and breakfasts were top-notch. The limo service ended up adding some extra costs, which was a bummer. Definitely lovin' the lounge snacks too!
