We had a great weekend getaway in Boston. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to a beautiful park and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The valet parking service was convenient and well-priced. The check-in process was friendly and we even received a complimentary upgrade. We loved the variety of food and drinks offered in the lounge, especially the evening dessert and drinks. The staff was attentive and pleasant throughout our stay.

We encountered some issues during our stay. The fitness area was under construction, so we had to walk to a separate location for access.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a club level offering delicious food and attentive staff. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were incredibly accommodating. The location was ideal, right in the center of the theater district, allowing us easy access to shows and attractions.

During my recent business trip, I had a good experience staying at a luxury hotel. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, which was very convenient. The location was great and easily accessible by public transport. Additionally, the hotel had a fitness center, which was perfect for my daily workout routine.

I was disappointed that the staff was not very friendly and did not seem interested in making my stay comfortable. The room service was slow, and the food was not of good quality.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with luxurious facilities and exceptional service. the in-room breakfast was mouth-watering and the massage at the private Spa & wellness center was rejuvenating. the restaurant menu offered delicious kosher options and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding. Its convenient location made it easy to explore the city.

As a frequent traveler, I always look for a convenient location near popular attractions and Ritz Carlton never disappoints. The proximity to Boston Common and the fantastic sports club are what keep me coming back. The beds in the 1 bedroom suite were top-notch, and the suite itself was one of the best I've stayed in, complete with a powder room. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff at the club level went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. They even welcomed our dog, Isabelle, with open arms. a great stay!
